Talk to us about your migration.

Whether it's a single board or a decade of Altium archives, a security review before you send anything, or a procurement question — there's a person on the other end of this form. Tell us what you're moving and we'll get back to you.

This form is for a conversation — not a file drop. Don't send design files here; we'll set up a secure channel once we talk.
WHO WE HEAR FROM

Four kinds of conversation we'd like to have.

  • 01Enterprise & archives

Moving a department's back-catalogue, not one board. We assess and quote the scope we can actually complete — nothing disappears in silence.

  • 02Security & data handling

Reviewing how a migration tool handles your IP before you send it anything. We'll walk you through our honest current posture — and what isn't in place yet.

  • 03Procurement

Need paperwork, terms, or a purchase route that isn't self-serve checkout. Start here.

  • 04Engineering

A specific board a standard migration mishandled — buses whose shared-member connectivity silently dropped (documented: KiCad #20707, ≤10.0.4), stripped multi-channel designators like C33A / C33B → C33 (KiCad #24861), or net-class membership that left your design rules constraining nothing (KiCad #15584). Bring us the board and we'll talk through it.

Not sure which? Just write — the message routes itself.

CROSSPAD · CONTACTLIVE

We'll only use this to reply.

If your message is about an existing order, add its reference so it lands on the right thread.

We use what you send here only to reply. No newsletter, no sharing. Don't attach design files — we'll arrange a secure channel when we talk.

OR SKIP THE CONVERSATION

You don't have to talk to anyone to get started.

Most questions are answered faster by pointing Crosspad at your own project. Run a free scan to see what a standard migration would drop on your board, read the per-project pricing, or start on the migration hub.

Free analysis on your own project. Files are processed as described in our Security policy.

FAQ

Before you write.

How do I get in touch with Crosspad?

Use the form on this page — name, work email, company and a short message, with an optional project scale. It reaches the team directly and we reply to the email you give us. For most technical questions you can also just point Crosspad at your project and get evidence without talking to anyone.

Should I send my design files with my message?

No. This form is for a conversation, not a file drop — please don't attach Altium projects or design files here. When you're ready to migrate, you run the scan yourself; and for enterprise work we set up a secure channel before anything is sent.

We read every message.

Enterprise, security, procurement, or a board that broke — tell us what you're moving.
